The Artisan

The Artisan highlights local businesses in our area and gets to know the owners and their stories. We have so many small businesses that have been around for a while or who are just opening up. The Artisan will bring attention to those businesses, which is very much needed where we live.

The owner wanted a simple logo, so I hand lettered a serif style to give it an “artisan” look. My initial concept was a sans serif lettering but that didn’t fit the vibe I was going for. This version is a classic look with a modern twist.
